Justin Timberlake has been arrested in New York.
The actor and pop star has been arrested for driving while intoxicated in the Hamptons, an affluent area of New York.
The Trolls star and former NSync front-man was pulled over in Sag Harbour last night, Monday June 17.
This was told to ABC news by a local law enforcement officer.

Timberlake is currently in the midst of his The Forget Tomorrow World Tour, and has dates this week in Chicago, and next week in New York.
According to the New York Post, he will have his arraignment hearing Tuesday, June 18.
TMZ have alleged that, according to a source in law enforcement, the singer was pulled over after driving away from the American Hotel, where he was partying.
They have stated that after being pulled over cops performed a field sobriety test, and that Timberlake refused a breathalyser.
TMZ also claim that the entire scene was captured on bodycam, including Timberlake's handcuffing and subsequent arrest.
The singer was embroiled in controversy earlier this year when he appeared to take a swipe at ex-girlfriend Britney Spears at a show in New York.
Spears came out to apologise for details revealed in her recent tell-all book The Woman in Me, in particular the fact that she had cheated on Timberlake.
She said: "I wanna apologize for some of the things I wrote about in my book. If I offended any of the people I genuinely care about I am deeply sorry".
This led Timberlake at one of his recent shows to emulate UFC star Conor McGregor in saying: "I'd like to take this opportunity to apologize to absolutely f***ing nobody".
Fans were less than pleased with the 'sexyback' singer, with one commenting on reddit that it was a 'a**hole move for him'.
Another said: "This a huge slap in the face to Britney, who JUST posted an apology to him with free promo for his new music. Damn."
Spears, immediately following her apology, went on to rave about his new song 'Selfish', and say she's 'in love with it'.
Timberlake has recently embarked on a world tour, and is slated to be performing around the globe until December of this year.
It is not yet confirmed whether any dates will be canceled as a result of this incident.
Whilst Timberlake is predominantly known as a singer, he has appeared in various film projects as an actor, including Oscar winning film The Social Network.
Despite this, Timberlake has focused on his singing of late, and his only current film project in the works is an as of yet untitled biopic focused on Chuck Barris.
Timberlake is set to play Barris, with no one attached to direct at this time.
