Wrestling icon Hulk Hogan has shared a video of him being baptized alongside his wife on social media.

Former wrestler Hulk Hogan has delighted his Hulkamaniac fans and Christians around the world after revealing he has been baptized at the age of 70.

Hogan - real name Terry Gene Bollea - shared the video to his Instagram page on Wednesday (December 20) with a sweet message about his religious journey.

“Total surrender and dedication to Jesus is the greatest day of my life. No worries, no hate, no judgment… only love,” he wrote in the caption.

The video showed him being dipped into a baptism pool by his pastor and his wife, Sky Daily, being baptized by him and his pastor as well.

The ceremony was held at the Indian Rocks Baptist Church in Florida.

The church shared the wrestler's post to its Instagram Story on Wednesday and wrote: "God is doing amazing things at Indian Rocks."

Hogan has been open about his faith on social media and earlier this year highlighted to his fans just how devoted he was to Christianity.

In April, he wrote on X: “I accepted Christ as my savior at 14yrs old, and the training, prayers and vitamins kept me in the game but now that I am one with God, the main event theme of surrender, service and love makes me the Real Main Event that can slam any giant of any size through the power of my Lord and Savior and so it is, even now brother, AMEN!"

Multiple social media users have praised the wrestler for his dedication to the religion.

“My favorite wrestler when I was young, submitting 2 Christ God is so good,” said one user.

“Best thing I've seen in a while. It fills my heart to know one of my childhood heroes has found Jesus,” added another.

The wrestler has been open about his faith on social media over the years.

“Praise God. This is amazing. I remember you when I was a kid saying 'say your prayers and take your vitamins'. May God continue to bless you and your family.” commented someone else.

"My childhood hero has accepted the hero of all creation! Praise the Lord Hulk Hogan so excited for you and your family," wrote another.

"He is a Christian, a man who's not perfect, we should all understand that. May God bless you and grant you your peace. You are the biggest star in the history of professional wrestling. God bless you Hulk!," penned a final user.
