People are speaking out in concern online after Gwyneth Paltrow shared her 'daily wellness routine'.

Whether you should be taking advice anyway from a woman who sells candles which 'smell like [her] vagina' is questionable - even her daughter mocks her for it.

Gwyneth Paltrow has also now been called out for sharing her 'daily wellness routine' which sees her intermittent fast, before breaking it with a bowl of pasta, or substantial sandwich - but bone broth.

In an interview with Dr Will Cole for his podcast The Art of Being Well, Paltrow detailed her routine.

She said: "I eat dinner early in the evening. I do a nice intermittent fast. I usually eat something about 12. And in the morning, I'll have some things that won't spike my blood sugar, so I have coffee.

"But I really like soup for lunch. I have bone broth for lunch a lot of the days. Try to do one hour of movement, so I'll either take a walk, or I'll do pilates or I'll do my Tracy Anderson."

Paltrow then finishes up her day by dry brushing, going in her infrared sauna for 30 minutes and then having a dinner 'according to paleo' with 'lots of vegetables'.

The actor resolves: "It's really important for me to support my detox."

However, not everyone on social media is best pleased with Paltrow's 'wellness routine,' especially dietitian Kathleen who's responded saying she has 'zero tolerance' for it.

Taking to TikTok, Kathleen accused Paltrow and Dear Media for 'normalising disordered eating'.

She said: "Gwyneth is literally on a liquid diet that's extremely low calorie. [...] She's talking about all these things she does to 'feel well'.

"Part of why she probably needs to work on feeling well so much despite being one of the most privileged people in the world is because she's not eating any fricking food.

"And shame on Dear Media for giving this a platform. The 'doctor' who is talking to her is highly problematic on his own. But I just think this is disgusting."

Kathleen called out Paltrow as well as Dear Media.

Many TikTokers share the same views as Kathleen, with one writing: "So coffee and bone broth are meals now."

"We are backpedaling so fast when it comes to diet culture. I'm beyond disheartened," another added.

A third wrote: "I couldn't believe the interview didn't even react in shock or surprise or question it... scary."

However, one said: "I drink bone broth on days I work. I don't have an eating disorder, I have terrible IBS. Its saved me. I fear a lot of judgement/ explaining coming."

But a final resolved: "Almond mom final boss."

Kathleen continues her response video by noting her 'worry' for the people who are 'falling for it'.

She adds: "Because there are people that idolise this sort of eating. And there are people that think this is how you should be eating.

"[...] If we're normalising this sort of thing, we're literally raising a generation of people with eating disorders. Stop."
