Puppy Takes A Bite At Chris Evans' Crotch During Interview

This is too funny.

In one of Chris Evans' latest interviews, the Lightyear star was swarmed with puppies – one of which took a bite at his crotch.

In the undoubtedly awkward encounter during the interview for Buzzfeed, the actor discussed his rituals in preparation for voicing Buzz Lightyear in the latest Pixar animation.

Pretty soon, the 41-year-old became distracted by the plethora of adorable pups that were coming his way, which meant he became vulnerable to a nip on the crown jewels.

While he kicked back and relaxed in the room full of tiny dogs, one little fella burrowed his way between Evans’ legs.

This brave little pup then attempted to bite the star, causing him to say, “Excuse you!” as he shuffled backwards away from the puppy’s prying jaw.

Lightyear, the upcoming film in which Evans stars as the iconic space ranger, is set to show audiences the 'definitive origin story' behind the beloved Toy Story character.

The trailer sees Buzz as he prepares to launch on a test flight after appearing to have been trapped for several years on a planet with a colony of scientists.

After soaring through hyperspace, Lightyear lands on another strange planet, before encountering a spaceship and having to fend off an army of robots, some alien creatures and none other than Emperor Zurg himself as he continues on his quest to 'infinity and beyond'.

Meanwhile, Taika Waititi, Keke Palmer and Uzo Adoba are among those joining Evans to voice characters in the Disney movie, which was released yesterday in cinemas, 17 June.

In a statement, Lightyear director Angus MacLane previously said: “Buzz’s world was always something I was excited about. In Toy Story, there seemed to be this incredible backstory to him being a Space Ranger that’s only touched upon, and I always wanted to explore that world further.

“So my Lightyear pitch was, 'What was the movie that Andy saw that made him want a Buzz Lightyear toy?’ I wanted to see that movie. And now I’m lucky enough to get to make it.”

The movie release comes after Evans previously revealed the first teaser trailer for the movie, tweeting: “I’m covered in goosebumps. And will be every time I watch this trailer. Or hear a Bowie song. Or have any thought whatsoever between now and [June] cause nothing has ever made me feel more joy and gratitude than knowing I’m a part of this and it’s basically always on my mind.”

Lightyear is in cinemas now.
