Cardi B has never been afraid to speak her mind and right now, she's taking on the Dalai Lama in light of a disturbing video that surfaced of him with a young boy.

The WAP singer took to social media this week to share her thoughts on the uncomfortable exchange between the spiritual leader and a young boy, and how she taught boundaries to her own little ones.

"This world is full of predators. They prey on the innocent. The ones who are most unknowing, our children," Cardi B - real name is Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar Cephus - said.

"Predators could be our neighbors, our school teachers, even people with money, power and our churches. Constantly talk with your kids about boundaries and what they shouldn’t allow people to do to them."

But the rapper soon found herself at the center of a social media firestorm when Twitter and Instagram users jumped at the chance to remind her of her own criminal past.

Specifically, her controversial confession from her stripper days when she used to go out 'drugging' and 'robbing' men.

But the New York stripper-turned-megastar-rapper wasn't going to take that lying down.

The 30-year-old clapped back, hitting out at the 'hypocrites' attacking her online, saying: "I said protect ya kids from predators?

"Like do y’all want them to get preyed on or something? PROTECT OUR KIDS and let them know not to let anyone touch their private parts."

The mother-of-two went on: "Don’t let no one kiss them in their mouth. And [tell them to] always feel comfortable letting mommy and daddy know what happens."

She added: "If you find a problem with that then I’m side-eyeing you."

She then took aim at the incident involving the Dalai Lama, saying: "Wow all this support I’m getting at the same time is beautiful. It was deep in my heart to talk about this cause me & my friend was talkin last night & then the dalai lama thing happen this morning.

"Thank you everyone..I just have to realize the people attacking me are just projecting."

Her social media comments come in the wake of the questionable video that surfaced of the 87-year-old Dalai Lama.

The spiritual leader is facing allegations of inappropriate behavior after the interaction with a small boy.

On February 28, at the Dalai Lama’s temple in Dharamshala, located in the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh, the event was attended by a group of school students who had just graduated from the Indian M3M Foundation.

The Dalai Lama motioned to the boy to come to the platform upon which he was seated and gestured to his own cheek saying 'first here'.

At one point, the Dalai Lama told the boy to 'suck' his tongue.

The footage then shows the boy kissing him on the cheek before giving him a hug.

The Dalai Lama then told the boy 'I think here also' and went on to kiss the child on the lips, before telling the boy 'and suck my tongue', as he stuck out his tongue.

The child tried to move away, however the 87-year-old man grabbed him and held him close as the audience laughed.

The interaction has since caused a storm online with thousands slamming the Dalai Lama for his inappropriate conduct.

People have taken to social media to share their views on the matter, calling the situation 'highly disturbing', 'shameful' and 'absolutely insane'.
