People are flooding to social media in excitement over two videos captured from different locations of 'identical UFOs' similar to Pentagon clip.

Earlier this month, two videos were uploaded to YouTube of alleged UFO sightings and it hasn't taken long for alien-fanatics to flock to social media to point out something pretty major - the 'flying saucer' spotted from a plane and 'metallic orb' from an airport look suspiciously similar.

Prepare to fall down a saucer-shaped hole:

The first video - uploaded to YouTube by LUFOS on 17 October - shows a 'shocking daytime sighting of metallic orb'.

"A surreal daytime sighting of a steady, silver orb over SRQ Sarasota Bradenton International Airport. Was it a drone, balloon, or something beyond our understanding?" the caption reads.

The second video - posted on 18 October - shows a 'flying saucer filmed from a plane over Colombia' on the same day as the sighting over SRQ.

The caption adds: "While traveling from Bogotá to Salento, a passenger captures breathtaking footage of a spinning flying saucer. Was it just passing by or watching us?"

UFO-focused news outlet Anomalien has since not only pointed out the videos both capture the same unidentified object, but also that they resemble a UFO spotted in footage previously released by the Pentagon.

In 2020, the Pentagon released three short videos of 'unidentified aerial phenomena' (UAP) which had previously been circulating on social media to 'clear up any misconceptions' on whether the footage was 'real, or whether or not there is more to the videos'.

One of the videos was captured using an infrared camera from a fighter plane in January 2015 and is titled 'GIMBAL'.

And Anomalien points out the UFO in the Pentagon's GIMBAL video looks very similar to the two captured on camera earlier this month.

The Anomalien article was shared to Reddit thread r/UFOs yesterday (Monday, 23 October) and has sparked intense debate.

One user said: "Two remarkable UFO sightings have recently come to light; one over SRQ Sarasota Bradenton International Airport in Florida, where a metallic orb defied conventional explanation, and another over Colombia, where a plane passenger captured an astonishing footage of a spinning flying saucer while traveling from Bogotá to Salento."

However, others couldn't help but burst their bubble, arguing the sightings aren't a sign of alien life, but are actually just balloons.

A Redditor said: "It literally looks and behaves like a balloon. I can't tell for sure it's a balloon but come on it can very easily be a balloon."

However, another responded: "Posted 9 hours ago with 149 comments. Must be something to it. I've seen a ufo. But i haven't seen a ballon at 30k feet."

Well, what do you think?
