Virginia Giuffre’s family have hit out at Donald Trump as he gave more details about his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein.
It is no secret that Trump was once friends with Epstein, however, the nature of their relationship has faced more scrutiny in recent works.
Earlier this month, the FBI and Department of Justice stunned the world when they announced they had found no evidence of a ‘client list’ that Epstein used to blackmail high powered individuals.
However, in a new interview Trump gave insights into why his and Epstein’s friendship ended.

His answers have since been heard by Giuffre’s family, who have hit back at the president.
Speaking aboard Air Force One, Trump spoke to reporters and said: “He took people that work for me, and I told him, don’t do it any more. And he did it. I said, stay the hell out of here.”

Trump went on to confirm that a teenage Giuffre may have been one of the people that Epstein targeted.

He said: "I told him, I said, listen, we don’t want you taking our people, whether it was spa or not spa. I don’t want him taking people. And he was fine. And then, not too long after that, he did it again. And I said, out of here.”
Asked whether Giuffre was one of them, the president continued: "I don’t know. I think she worked at the spa. I think so. I think that was one of the people, yeah, he stole her.
"And by the way, she had no complaints about us, as you know, none whatsoever."
According to a Mail Online report, Giuffre's family have said they were shocked to hear Trump mention Giuffre, and to add that he was aware that she had been ‘stolen’ from Mar-a-Lago, Trump's golfing estate in Florida.

In a statement, they said: “It makes us ask if he was aware of Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell's criminal actions, especially given his statement two years later that his good friend Jeffrey "likes women on the younger side... no doubt about it.’
“We and the public are asking for answers; survivors demand this.”

The family have also taken issue with the possibility of the convicted Maxwell giving information about Epstein over his crimes.

The statement continued: “If our sister could speak today, she would be most angered by the fact that the government is listening to a known perjurer. A woman who repeatedly lied under oath and will continue to do so as long as it benefits her position.”
