Donald Trump has revealed what the first lady thinks of his dancing after the president boogied the night away during several public appearances in recent years.
While being US president is perhaps one of the most serious jobs to have on the planet, Trump has been known to lighten the mood with frequent dancing during public greetings and on the campaign trail, typically to the tune of 'Y.M.C.A.' by the Village People.
One instance in Pennsylvania in October 2024 saw Trump dance and sway on stage for a whopping 39 minutes.

The president discussed Melania Trump's impression of his dancing while speaking to the Republicans at the recently renamed Kennedy Center on Tuesday (January 6).

He bizarrely began by giving his impression of how he believes a female weightlifter competes in the sport compared to that of a trans athlete.
After finishing that disturbing impression, Trump went into a bit of a tangent by saying: "By the way, my wife hates when I do this. She said — you know, she's a very classy person. She said, 'It's so unpresidential.' I said, 'But I did become president.' She hates when I dance."
Trump went on to tell the Republican crowd how Melania had said to him, 'could you imagine FDR dancing?', to which the POTUS replied: "There's a long history that perhaps she doesn't know. Because he was an elegant fellow. Even as a Democrat, right? He was. The attack by Japan. You know, he was quite elegant."
As he put both of his hands above his head and in the air, Trump added: "But he wouldn't be doing this. But nor would too many others."
The president added: "But she says, 'Darling, please. The weight lifting is terrible. Now I have to say this — the dancing, they really like. She said, 'They don't like it, they're just being nice to you.' I said, 'That's not right. The place goes crazy. They're screaming, 'Dance, please!'"
