People are flocking to social media to weigh in on a Starbucks' employee's alleged message on a customer's cup.

Not to boast or anything, but once I went into Starbucks and didn't just come out with my typical caramel latte with oat milk in a takeaway cup with my name on, but a caramel latte with oat milk in a takeaway cup with my name and a heart next to it.

Of course, I glanced around and saw no one had a heart on theirs. #Winning.

However, one TikToker was seemingly left a message on her Starbucks cup she didn't appreciate.

One of the Chance Twins took to their TikTok page to share a video revealing what happened when she went into Starbucks and ordered a takeaway drink.

The video caption reads: "AHAHHA what just happened at Starbuck.

"Never going back there."

But what could have gone so horribly wrong with her drink?

The TikToker said she would 'never' go back there.

Well, it wasn't the drink, nor a misspelling of her name which was the issue.

Instead, the writing on the cup reads: "Secret message."

An arrow then leads down to the bottom back of the cup, where certain words have been crossed out of the printed text so that what used to read, 'Careful, the beverage you're about to enjoy is extremely hot,' now reads: "Careful, you're extremely hot."

And fellow social media users have been left divided over the message.

The cup had a 'secret message' on it.

Some TikTokers are sticking up for the Starbucks' employee's alleged message.

One user wrote: "It's cute, girls say guy's never do anything. He just put his heart out to you."

"Hear me out.... lowkey kinda attractive," another added.

A third commented: "For God sake marry this kind of people right away."

However, others aren't quite as impressed.

A user said: "I’ve worked at starbucks for two years and my coworker used to do that to every girl."

"That is rude who did that but that person is not wrong your beautiful plz stay safe," a second wrote.

Another added: "They don't lie but still suspicious."

And others simply pointed out the TikToker could've easily just drawn on the message herself.

"Im srry but imagine if she drew it herself in the car," a user said.

Another chimed: "Me getting starbucks after buying a sharpie."
