What were you up to when you were 16, because regardless of how clever and successful or cool you might have been, you probably weren’t living a life of luxury to the extent that ‘The Richest Kid in America’ is.

That means living in a mansion, driving a fleet of incredibly expensive supercars, and even having a live-in videographer.

The 16-year-old living this life – which sounds like it could be either heaven or hell – is Donald Dougher, who has built up a following across his various social media accounts and earns further money from his various business dealings.

Since he set up a YouTube channel in 2019, Dougher has been piling on the dollars through advertising revenue, funnelling that cash back into other ventures - as well as his channel.

Now, he mostly uses his platform across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram to share his lavish lifestyle with everyone out there.

So, if you want to see a kid who hasn’t even finished high school but has more cash than most of us will ever see in our lives, you can find him on @donlad.

Speaking on his YouTube homepage by way of introduction, he explained: “My name is Donald but everyone calls me DONLAD! Many of you might know me as The Richest Kid in America."

“I'm living my best life throughout California, and I want to bring you guys with me!

“On my channel, you will find me filming vlogs of my lifestyle and some other crazy things I have going on.”

Then, he even went on to say that his expensive existence ‘wouldn’t be possible’ without the eyes that consume his content, subscribe to his channels, and generally pump him full of programmatic advertising moolah.

It all started a couple of years ago, when he first realised that he could make money from YouTube.

At the age of just 14, he discovered that he was capable of making $20,000 per month from the platform.

However – apparently – it’s not all that easy.

Donald explained in a video interview with Truly: “There’s probably not an hour a week where I don’t work, I’m always posting stories, pictures and always doing something on social media.”

He added: “I have a luxury taste...I’m kind of boujee.

“I like the nice things in life.”

Dougher shares content about his cars, holidays, and lavish lifestyle.

Even at his young age, Donald is already plotting expansion in the future, too.

He said: “In the future, the main thing I want to do is grow my channel. All my money I either save, or funnel back into the channel.

“I want to help it grow to get the biggest audience possible, the most views.”
