Donald Trump claims he had a score of 67 in a golf tournament at Bedminster Trump National Golf Club.

It’s been a huge week of accusations from the former president of the United States.

First, Trump claimed he is 6 foot 3 inches (1.9 meters) and weighed 215 pounds (97 kilograms) after he was booked at Fulton County Jail in Georgia.

Now, he claims he was the best at a senior golf tournament because he’s a ‘great athlete’.

“I am pleased to report, for those that care, that I just won the Senior Club Championship (must be over 50 years old!) at Bedminster (Trump National Golf Club), shooting a round of 67,” Trump wrote on Truth Social.

“Now, some people will think that sounds low, but there is no hanky/lanky,” he continued.

“Many people watch, plus I am surrounded by Secret Service Agents.

“Not much you can do even if you wanted to, and I don’t.

“For some reason, I am just a good golfer/athlete - I have won many Club Championships, and it is always a great honour!”

But many weren’t buying it.

One person wrote via Twitter: “BREAKING: pathologically-lying obese out-of-shape dictator-wannabe 'athlete' 'wins' golf championship at his own golf course as cowardly sycophants watch and confirm his victory… #Trump.”

Another said: “Secret Service Guy: Here’s that missing ball, Mr Trump. (Places golf ball in yet another hole.) You did it again!”

While a third commented: “Has Trump ever won a golf tournament on a course he doesn’t own?”

In his book, Commander in Cheat: How Golf Explains Trump, author Rick Reilly said the Republican is known to have Secret Service men and golf caddies frequently help him cheat by moving the ball closer to the hole.

Otherwise, the former President might have a tanty right then and there.

While very little footage of the 77-year-old on the golf course has been captured, a video recently emerged of Trump absolutely slicing a shot in the bushes.

In the short clip, Trump attempts to hit the ball, missing the first two shots before shanking his third try with an unplayable ball.

Many were left rather amused, as one person wrote: “Reckon I’m better and I ain’t ever played.”

Another said: “His aim is about as good as he was as President, awful!”

While a third shared: “Things you love to see.”

How humbling...
