People are flocking to social media in horror after a TikToker revealed what she eats for breakfast.

While many of us feel like we should not only be doing Dry January but also maybe Veganuary after the colossal amount of turkey, ham and stuffing we consumed over the festive period, TikToker Mack Z doesn't have any plans of giving up meat anytime soon.

Channeling a similar lifestyle to Liver King - although without the steroids - the fitness influencer has revealed what concoction she creates for her breakfast.

Prepare to really test out your gag reflexes.

Mack Z - who goes by @healthwmac on the platform - took to her TikTok page in November last year to reveal the recipe to her 'optimal protein shake'.

After a quick flex of her muscles to seemingly prove the protein shake works, the TikToker then gets cracking - the eggs to be precise, popping three of them into the blender raw.

She then grabs a tub of bone broth, adding a 'generous scoop of the fat', alongside two scoops of the 'gelatinous' bit lower down.

"Remember, if you're ever confused, if it jiggles, it's good," she says.

If you hadn't gagged by now then well done, but good luck for what's coming next.

Mack Z then adds Savor grass-fed unsalted butter.

"I used to think that butter and dairy were breaking me out, and then I grew up and now they don't, so," the TikToker notes, before popping in a reassuring smaller piece of butter than I was expecting, noting you don't want to be 'greedy'.

She quickly interjects her smoothie-making process to add: "If you take away one thing from this video, be kind to the world."

In order to make the taste a bit better, the TikToker adds in some raw Cacao powder and tops it up with some Magnesium to help her 'recover' from her gym seshes.

And if you want to be a 'beast' in the gym, or classroom for that matter, you should add some honey too according to the fitness influencer. Oh, and she adds some salt for good measure, alongside kefir.

And then she blends it all together into a light brown liquid - yum.

To top it all off, Mack Z adds a side of raw liver to her meal, leaving followers with a very inspirational message before telling them to enjoy.

And it hasn't taken long for people to flood to the post, with many loving the influencer's motivational speech, but not quite her breakfast of choice.

One user said: "I mean her skin IS flawless."

"But I don’t wanna drink eggy beef jello smoothie," a second added.

A third wrote: "I just had such a extreme visceral reaction to this I need to lay down."

"I gagged at every step," a fourth added.

And a final resolved: "Can you start a podcast where you talk about everything youve ever thought and everything that’s ever happened to you so we understand how we got here."

Experts have warned against following this kind of diet, with Jacob Mey - a nutrition scientist and dietitian at Louisiana State University - telling the Daily Beast: “We would typically not recommend the carnivore diet.”

“We have other diets that have decades of research that do very well, so why would we recommend something that’s so new and different and unproven?” Mey explained, adding that he’s 'not a fan'.
