Donald Trump has taken shots at 'weirdo' Mark Zuckerberg, saying that he 'kissed his ass' during a dinner at the White House.
The former US President made the statements in Pennsylvania while leading his first rally since his Mar-a-Lago residence was searched by the FBI.
In true Trump fashion, the 76-year-old brought up the topic of 'fake news', continued with his conspiracy theory that the feds tampered with evidence, and claimed the 2020 election was 'rigged'.

At one moment, he turned his attention to the Facebook founder, alleging that the pair had dinner together at the White House 'last week'. Listen to his bizarre comments below:
Trump said: "Last week, weirdo – he's a weirdo – Mark Zuckerberg came to the White House, kissed my a**, kissed my a** [and said] 'sure I'd love to have dinner... I'd love to bring my lovely wife'."
He then claimed Zuckerberg congratulated him on being 'number one on Facebook'.

In the speech made yesterday (3 September), Trump continued: "Well, Mark Zuckerberg confessed that in 2020, the FBI went to Facebook and the media and gave them the false narratives that the Hunter Biden laptop from hell was Russian disinformation, even though they knew that was not true.
"So they went in they said it was Russian disinformation, by the way."
These comments refer to Zuckerberg's recent appearance on The Joe Rogan Experience podcast where he admitted Facebook censored the Hunter Biden laptop story after he was warned about misinformation from the FBI.

In the lead-up to the 2020 US Election, the story was released by The New York Post claiming Joe's son had a laptop that was handed into the feds by a computer repair shop.
There was a lot of speculation about what was actually on the laptop and Trump's team leapt at the chance to criticise Biden.
However, because so much was unknown about the story, it was censored on social media.
Zuckerberg explained to Rogan that FBI agents warned Meta staff about misinformation due to the issues that allegedly plagued the 2016 election.

Agents said Facebook needed to be on high-alert for a potential bombshell, but didn't reveal exactly what it was going to be.
When the laptop story was published and started gaining traction, Zuckerberg said they erred on the side of caution and censored it for up to a week.
"We just kind of thought, 'Hey look, if the FBI — which I still view as a legitimate institution in this country, it's very professional law enforcement — they come to us and tell us we need to be on guard about something, then I want to take that seriously," he said.

"This is a hyper-political issue, so depending on what side of the political spectrum, you either think we didn’t censor enough or censored it way too much, but we weren’t as black and white about it as Twitter."
The Meta CEO said people were still able to share the article on Facebook, unlike Twitter, but clearly that wasn't enough to win over Trump if his rally speech is anything to go by.
