Singer-songwriter Luke Combs has been left 'sick to his stomach' after waking up to find he'd won a lawsuit against a Florida fan of his.

The Grammy-award nominee launched his own brand of tumblers, after discovering that a fan of his had developed their own line with a likeness to his but was being sued by his own team.

Combs seemingly had no idea that a $250,000 lawsuit has been launched over the tumblers, and says he's been left sickened after discovering that the woman in question was battling financial straits.

It was, in fact, the country music star's team that went after the woman in court, but in a video posted yesterday (December 14), Combs claimed he had no clue the lawsuit was occurring, only learning about it after waking up and reading the headlines.

The lawsuit had been filed in an Illinois federal court against fan Nicol Harness, who claimed she'd been selling $20 Luke Combs tumblers on Amazon, giving her a $380 total.

The music-lover had started selling the drink containers after attending one of his concerts earlier this year and developing the idea.

Harness also alleges she had no idea she was being sued until her Amazon account froze.

It was then that she learned that a judge had ordered her to pay a staggering $250k.

Musician Combs subsequently claimed he got in contact with the female fan after learning of her situation, during which she told him she could not access $5,500 in her Amazon account.

The star then promised to send her twice that total - $11k.

But Combs has gone even further out of his way to help his fan, telling his fellow followers of his plans to start selling his own tumblers, and intending to give the proceeds to Harness.

The singer-songwriter has now launched his own tumblers in an attempt to help the fan.

He was especially prompted to do so after discovering that his devoted fan has a load of medical bills because she has congestive heart failure.

Combs has since insisted he'll pay a company to go after larger-scale counterfeits of his merchandise, in the hope of assisting Harness financially at this difficult time in her life.

Admitting he had no idea that the lawsuit was going on, he told fans he didn't know that Harness's small business idea had come under fire with a court order.

Though the lawsuit appears to still be playing out in court, Combs has declared that Harness will absolutely not have to cough up $250,000.

He's even invited her to one of his upcoming country music shows so he can apologize to her in person.
