People have no idea how Kristen Stewart kept straight face after seeing reality of filming Twilight

A behind-the-scenes clip has people wondering how Kristen Stewart managed to keep a straight face.

While the finished product for a blockbuster movie is usually pretty good, film lovers enjoy seeing behind the scenes clips where things certainly don't look as impressive.

Of course, movie techniques such as CGI mean that not every scene on screen is actually shot in real-life - something that is incredibly common in fantasy films such as Avatar and, in this case, the Twilight saga.

And for the Twilight movies, very little is known about how they were actually made.

Well, if you're a fan of The Twilight Saga: Eclipse, then you are going to want to grab a strong drink and have a sit down.

In a video recently shared to X, a lot of people have been left both surprised and in stitches. Check it out:

The clip, which can be viewed on the DVD bonus of the Twilight movie, sees Taylor Lautner - who played Jacob the werewolf in the franchise - wearing a 'non-reflective grey outfit' as he acts out a wolf scene with leading star Kristen Stewart.

The visual effects team said such measures were taken so that they could 'get the right kind of eye lines and motivation' when Bella would be interacting with the wolf.

So, the editing process involved the visual effects team painting Lautner out and restoring the background. And it was then as simple as adding a wolf - and the iconic scene is brought to life.

But as for the real-life scene shot on set, Stewart is simply stroking her fellow cast member's head in what is a ridiculous but also hilarious encounter.

And people on social media have no idea how Stewart kept a straight face during it.

"No idea how she was able to keep a straight face," the Historic Vids account, which reposted the clip, said on X.

"I see now that she was actually perfect for the role. Who else could be stone faced while doing that," a second added.

"That’s why they need the best actors for the job, most regular folk are cracking up," a third remarked.

This comes after Twilight fans claim they found the most 'cringe' line from the movies.

While there are many questionable lines from the classic movies, there is one that takes the crown according to fans on Reddit.

"Bella! Where the hell have you been, loca?" the line is.

To be honest, the line by itself just sounds weird, so you can see why it has taken the 'cringe' title.

But one person's response said it all: "It's like it was briefly forgotten he was supposed to be 'Native American' and suddenly became 'Hispanic'." Yikes.
