Lizzo reacts to brutal South Park joke about her in Ozempic episode

Lizzo shared her live reaction to her followers on TikTok

Lizzo is the latest celebrity to be targeted by South Park.

A recent episode of the cartoon titled South Park: The End of Obesity saw the introduction of weight loss drugs into the town of South Park.

The special, nicknamed the 'Ozempic episode', focuses on the rise of drugs like Ozempic, which is used to manage blood glucose levels in those with type two diabetes but has recently been used by some for weight loss.

However, South Park also fired their aim in another direction - at Lizzo.

And the 'About Damn Time' singer has since offered her thoughts in a TikTok video.

"Guys, my worst fear has been actualized," Lizzo said. "I’ve been referenced in a South Park episode. I’m so scared."

The musician then gave her live reaction in a 'blind duet' which mirrored the episode on screen as she waited for her name to be mentioned.

The clip began with character Sharon Marsh walking in the park with Sheila Broflovsk, who is discussing the 'new drugs' she was prescribed.

Marsh then explains how she felt 'so ashamed' of herself for not working out, but that a new drug has helped her shed the pounds - called 'Lizzo'.

Cue Marsh saying: "I’ve controlled all my cravings to be thinner with Lizzo."

The clip then rolled into a commercial for the Lizzo drug, advertising it as a 'once-weekly diet suppressor' - complete with it's own jingle.

The advert also noted that '70 percent of patients on Lizzo no longer care about how much they weigh' as the drug allows users to 'eat everything' they want and 'keep physical activity to a minimum'.

It continues: "Some patients report constipation while listening to Lizzo.

"Stop listening to Lizzo if you experience suicidal thoughts. Serious side effects include pancreatitis, hypothermia [and] sh**ting out your ears."

The clip ends with Marsh saying: "Ask about the power of not giving a f**k, with Lizzo."

It's safe to say the singer was pretty shook - however, she appeared to take it well.

"That’s crazy. I just feel like, damn, ‘I’m really that b**ch." she said.

"I really showed the world how to love yourself and not give a f**k to a point where these men in Colorado know who the f**k I am and put it on their cartoon that’s been around for 25 years.

"I’m really that bitch and I’ll show y’all how to not give a f**k and I’m going to keep on showing you how to not give a f**k."

Lizzo finished off her video by even singing a little bit of the jingle: "Oh, oh Lizzooo, b**ch.”
