Ariana Richards has broken the internet after she recreated an iconic scene from Jurassic Park – with the video going viral on social media.

The actor appeared in the nostalgic flick over three decades ago at just 13 years old, starring as teenager Lex Murphy.

As she marked the milestone with the new clip fans were, understandably, left feeling as ancient as the dinosaurs.

Shared on the official Jurassic World page, the TikTok saw the now 44-year-old remake the iconic jelly scene from the 1993 film.

If you are struggling to remember it, as it has been thirty years since Jurassic Park was released, here’s what happens in the classic clip.

Lex (Richards) and her younger brother Tim (Joseph Mazzello) are visiting the titular park when all hell breaks loose, with the kids separated from their grandfather, John Hammond (Richard Attenborough).

Thinking they’ve escaped a Velociraptor attack, the youngster hid in the kitchens and gorged on sweet treats – only to soon release they weren't alone.

The nostalgic scene has made fans feeling very old.

Those watching at home can only look on in fear as the jelly on Lex’s spoon begins to wobble, as the dinosaur draws closer.

Whilst the scene originally made most of us hide behind the sofa, fans are now feeling ancient after watching the recent remake.

Seen by over 11 million people on the social media platform, the comments are flooded with fans who grew up watching the iconic scene with the TikTok recreation making them feeling incredibly old.

“You do not know.....how old this made me feel” joked one fan, with another adding: “Jesus God do I feel old.”

One fan even struggled was Richards in both scenes and that it’s been over three decades since the film’s release.

“This is messing up my brain this is the same person,” they joked.

However, others were more excited to scene the remake of the nostalgic scene, especially so close to the June 9 anniversary.

“So cool to see her recreate that scene,” gushed one commentator, as another declared that the Jelly scene was the ‘the most iconic scene in the Jurassic Park films’.

The actor is now an artist, after being a child star in the 90s.

Even Richards though has taken on fewer roles in recent years, the shot still has a special place in her heart with the actor making a subtle nod to it in her Instagram bio.

It reads: “Artist, actress, mother... and green jello aficionado.”

We can wait for Richards to serve up another delicious Jurassic Park throwback.
