Furious Walmart worker calls out customers for their most annoying habit

This is the one habit that tops them all

A Walmart employee has revealed the one habit that customers have which infuriates her more than all the others.

Anyone who has ever worked in a service industry job knows that there are plenty of customer habits which get under the skin of employees. Whether it's guests at a bar taking ages to decide what they want when it's busy, or restaurant customers saying they hated the food even though they practically licked the plate clean.

Others are worse, such as making a bit of a mess or complaining about something something inconsequential.

Then there are the worst ones, like being deliberately rude or patronising to someone who, at the end of the day, is just trying to do their job. And an often unpleasant one that doesn't pay enough at that. Don't be rude.

But for Walmart employee Chelsea Jo, there's one habit that tops them all and it manages to be disrespectful, inconsiderate, and wasteful all at the same time.

Taking to TikTok in a now-viral video, she said: “Hi, just your local Walmart employee here. Just ran across something that I’m used to seeing but I’m tired of seeing. Just a little PSA for everybody.”

The employee then shows a shopping trolley full of food that someone has just abandoned in the middle of the shop, adding: “Please, for the love of god, stop doing this.”

Chelsea then indicates a number of perishable and frozen products in the trolley, including meat, cheese, sour cream, and frozen burritos.

She said: "This stuff isn’t even cold anymore. All of this is bad now."

The cart was abandoned with a number of perishable goods in it.

It's like leaving a bottle of milk in the bread aisle because you were too lazy to walk back to the milk fridges... just much, much worse.

Not only has that person made a big mess for staff to clear up, they've also wasted a lot of food.

Since the food is bad, some items can't just be put back on the shelves which means that it would have to be thrown in the bin.

A furious Chelsea added: "I need y’all to for real get it together because I am not your slave. I’m not here to do this."

The lesson here? Service and retail workers deserve respect, and are not there to serve your every whim. Be polite, and for goodness' sake, don't throw away and waste food like that.
