The 'most beautiful girl in the world', Thylane Blondeau, shared what she really thought about the title that was bestowed upon her from a young age when asked about it as a teenager.
Blondeau, who is now 24 years old, was first spotted by a Jean Paul Gaultier scout over 20 years ago when the then-three-year-old was walking through Paris, France, with her mom, TV host and designer Véronika Loubry.
Blondeau's mother was asked if the tot could model for Gaultier at an event that was happening a day later. After saying yes, the course of Blondeau's life was changed forever.
Before they knew it, Blondeau had been dubbed 'the most beautiful girl in the world' and by the age of 10, she was modelling for the likes of Vogue Paris and was walking the red carpet at Cannes by 15-years-old.

But Blondeau doesn't think she's the most beautiful girl in the world — she says she's just human.
Speaking to The Telegraph in 2018 when she was 17-years-old, the fashion model said of her title: "When you’re small, you don’t really pay attention. People are like, 'you know, you’re the most beautiful girl in the world,' and you’re like, 'I’m not, I’m just playing with my iPad.'"
Blondeau went on: "Even today, people are like, 'you are the most beautiful girl,' and I’m like, 'no, I’m still not, I’m just a human being, a teenager.'"
She chatted to the newspaper around the time of the launch of her clothing brand, Heaven May. Since then, Blondeau has released her own beauty brand called ENALYHT that sells haircare products. Items on the website range from €22 to €105 in price.

In light of her being in the spotlight from a very young age, people have been surprised to see what Blondeau looks like now, and she's been faced with questions about possible cosmetic procedures.
The 24-year-old has insisted that she's never had surgery, however.
Addressing the speculation about her lips in particular last year, Blondeau wrote on Instagram: "Tired of these kinds of comments. I know that this generation of people tend to do things very early, but I’ve never touched anything."
She went to say: "You can look at photos of me when I was younger, nothing has changed. [...] Just because wear make up or use a lip liner doesn't mean I've had my lips or face done."
