A woman who went through a near-death experience has explained exactly what she saw as she left her own body.
Back in 2019, Anastasia Wesselink Moellering experienced her own near-death experience, which she now says has led her to understand that unconditional love is our 'natural state'.
Some five-and-a-half years ago, in December 2019, Anastasia was at the dentist having a procedure done when something happened she could have never predicted. She was given gas to relax her body, which she called a 'state of twilight' that makes the surgery more bearable. The procedure that was meant to take a few hours, but instead had Moellering feeling like she was falling in and out of her body.

"Anastasia describes leaving her body and experiencing a bliss on the other side that was so profound, she never wanted to return," the 'Coming Home' YouTube channel wrote.

"After returning to her body, Anastasia shares her journey of making sense of the near-death experience and the ways she has been able to return to The Oneness she experienced on the Other Side."
She told the channel: "I had never had a procedure like that before, and I was't sure if this was normal. 'Should I say something'? I took one more breath and my entire body rose up. I felt like I was floating two or three feet above my body. And I thought to myself, 'I should probably say something.'"

Anastasia added: "With that, I was no longer in my body. I was in the ceiling looking down on my body and I thought to myself 'what am I doing up here'?
"I didn't identity with the body down below at all, what I identified with is who I really and that is the part of me in the ceiling looking down on my physical body."
She went on to state how she had 'no connection' to the body despite acknowledging it was hers.
Anastasia is then thinking if she may have died before coming to an incredible realisation.

"I am now staring inches from the ceiling tiles, Anastasia added. "I had this awe about the dust and the cracks in the ceiling tiles; they are miraculous and beautiful.
"They were something I could have looked and stared at for hours. It was like a little kid in Disneyland."
A powerful 'bliss' followed intertwined with 'unconditional love' - I mean, what's not to love.

Anastasia went on to explain how she had 'no desire' to return to normal life and as she is expercneinng such beauty, Anastasia is 'snapped back into her body'.
"There is not a part of me that will fear death again because it's the most beautiful, miraculous, loved-filled homecoming."
