Taylor Lautner's fiancée will also be called Taylor Lautner once they're married, and we imagine their postie is going to get pretty confused.

Some names sound so nice, you've just got to say them twice like Taylor Lautner and Taylor Lautner.

The soon-to-be-married couple seem to be sharing way more than vows and if they don't call their kid Taylor² we're going to have words.

To save confusion, Taylor Lautner, the one who plays a wolf in Twilight, will here on be referred to as OG Taylor, got it? Good.

Okay, so the front-runners for the most confusing couple name were initially introduced by OG Taylor's sister, Makena Moore.

OG Taylor and his future wife Taylor Dome hit it off and went public with their relationship in 2018.

During this time, OG Taylor had taken a break from acting, as he 'wanted to take a step back and enjoy life and spend some time with my family and friends. And I met my fiancée out of it, so it all worked out'.

The pair grew closer and enjoyed the simple things like cooking together, so when OG Taylor started to broach the topic of getting married, Taylor would explain that she just wanted something simple, telling her soon-to-be husband: "I don't want anything special. I don't want anything big and grand. Do it in the kitchen."

And in November 2021, OG Taylor took that literally and would go on to propose in their kitchen, with a giant neon sign of his last name in the background.

Because, you know, nothing screams 'I love you' more than a glowing red reminder that you're about to have the same name as your husband and confuse everyone at airport security for the foreseeable future.

If at this point you're wondering how we know OG Taylor and Taylor are going to have identical names upon getting married, well, OG Taylor announced the news on The Kelly Clarkson Show.

The couple seem to be going ahead with sharing the same name.

In the recent interview, Taylor seemed to confirm that he and his fiancée would share the same name, even double checking with her by asking: "Are you into this last name? Cause we already share one name. So it’s gonna be extra complicated."

But the pair seem happy enough, with the Twilight star adding: "We’re literally going to be the same person."

Unless his fiancée has thought off a sparkly Robert Pattinson we'd argue that's not the case, but we don't know what they get up to in their spare time.
