People Racing To Apply To Be Snoop Dogg's Blunt Roller After Rapper Said Salary Went Up

For a lot of people, it sounds like the dream gig

Snoop Dogg is arguably as well known for smoking weed as he is for making music.

And when your time is as valuable as the Doggy Dogg's – and you like to smoke joints as regularly as Snoop – then it just makes sense to hire a full-time professional blunt roller.

Back in 2019, the rapper revealed that he paid his 'PBR' somewhere between $40,000 (£31,900) and $50,000 (£39,900) a year, and the other day UberFacts decided to share this interesting bit of trivia on Twitter.

But none other than Snoop himself responded to the tweet, pointing out that the PBR's pay had gone up.

He wrote: "Inflation. Their salary went up!!"

Naturally, the tweet – which has amassed almost 400,000 likes – prompted a deluge of responses from people keen to take on the rolling role.

One person replied: "Where can I apply and send my resume to?"

Another said: "Where do I apply ? ima roll the f**k outta some blunts"

A third added: "@SnoopDogg where can i apply? I can also do IT, Security and many more highly skilled jobs!"

Unfortunately though, while the job may sound pretty dreamy, it doesn't seem as though there's a vacancy – and there probably never will be, 'cause why would the guy quit?

Snoop previously opened up about his PBR on The Howard Stern Show, and it seemed he was very happy with the job his employee was doing.

The 50-year-old said: said: "Timing. That motherf****r's timing is impeccable.

"That's his J-O-B, his occupation. On his resumé, it says, 'What do you do?', 'I'm a blunt roller. P-B-R, professional blunt roller'.

"If you're great at something I need, I'm hiring you."

He continued: "Free weed – all paid expenses. Everything I get, he gets. I go get some free clothes, I give him some."

But while it might sound like the cushiest job going, fellow pot-lover Seth Rogen – who was also on the show – made it clear that this guy isn't just some dosser, he's a damn craftsman.

Rogen said: "He knows how to gauge the look on somebody's face when it seems like they want a blunt, and if they do, he gives you one.

"There's been like 40 minutes where I'm like, I'm just watching this guy and I'm just going to see what is going on here. As someone who smokes a lot of weed, it's f***ing fascinating."
