Seinfeld actor Philip Baker Hall has died aged 90, his family have confirmed.
Holly Wolfle Hall - his wife of almost 40 years - told AP News he passed away in his home in California yesterday (Sunday 12 June), surrounded by his loved ones.
She added that he had been unwell for a few weeks and spent his final days reflecting on his life in warm spirits.

"His voice at the end was still just as powerful," she said.
In a tweet, his neighbour - Los Angeles Times journalist Sam Farmer - wrote: "My neighbor, friend, and one of the wisest, most talented and kindest people I've ever met, Philip Baker Hall, died peacefully last night.
"He was surrounded by loved ones. The world has an empty space in it."
In a career spanning five decades, Hall starred in sitcoms such as Seinfeld, Curb Your Enthusiasm, M*A*S*H and Modern Family, as well as films such as Magnolia, Duck, The Truman Show and Zodiac.

Tributes to the actor have been flooding in on social media.
Sports writer Bill Simmons wrote: "RIP Philip Baker Hall what a career. The Floyd/Jack scene in Boogie Nights and the Sidney/Serrano stuff in Midnight Run are my personal favs but there was so much more. He always stood out. Man I liked that guy."
