Uploaded less than an hour ago, the video has already received a staggering 418k views, 184k likes, and dozens of thousands of comments.

Just a minute and thirty seconds long, the young couple kept their announcement short but sweet.

"I've been keeping a secret from you guys," the 33-year-old began.

The video then spans to footage of five different positive pregnancy tests before he could be heard saying: "And that is - I'm going to be a dad!"

Giving some details behind the couple's journey, he recalled: "We found out that Marzia is pregnant first in November."

Talking about her pregnancy, he added he was 'so thankful' that everything was 'going well' so far.

In one clip, he was recording the announcement whilst waiting for Marzia at the clinic.

"Although Marzia's been dealing with sickness," he began, "she's been taking it like an absolute champ."

"So yeah," the YouTuber continued, "I'm gonna be a dad!"

While he noted that the news was 'kinda strange' to him, he also revealed that he was 'so excited' over the news.

"It's entering new territory but I feel really ready and so does Marzia," he said.

He also commented that he felt 'so lucky' to be starting a family with 'the woman I love'.

Looking forward for the future, PewDiePie added: "I know that whatever is ahead of us, together we can do it."

And the news has swept the internet, with many congratulating the couple.
