Sharon Osbourne confirmed that she and husband Ozzy Osbourne still have their suicide pact plan in place in the event they become terminally ill.
Speaking on the latest episode of The Osbourne Podcast, which features the married couple as well as their children Jack and Kelly Osbourne, the family discussed the assisted suicide agreement.
Jack began by reflecting on news stories that have circulated over the years about his parents’ plans to go to Switzerland for assisted suicide in the event either one of them gets a disease like Alzheimers.

Sharon had first voiced these plans to the public back in 2007. Speaking to the Daily Mirror she told the publication she and her husband '100 percent believes in euthanasia'.
She added: “[We] have drawn up plans to go to the assisted suicide flat in Switzerland if we ever have an illness that affects our brains.
"If Ozzy or I ever got Alzheimer's, that's it - we'd be off."
On the podcast episode, Jack asked Sharon whether that still was the plan.
The 71-year-old replied: "Do you think that we’re gonna suffer?"
Jack argued that 'we already [are] all suffering', but Sharon was having none of it.
“Yes, we all are, but I don’t want it to actually hurt, as well. Mental suffering is enough pain without physical. So if you’ve got mental and physical, see ya,” his mother answered.
Sharon’s daughter Kelly weighed in and asked whether her parents would consider changing their plans if they could survive their ailment.
“Yeah, what if you survived and you can’t wipe your own ass, you’re pissing everywhere, sh**ting, can’t eat,” Sharon replied.
Sharon previously explained the assisted suicide pact agreement came after her father’s death.
“I saw my father suffer from [Alzheimer's] the day he came back into my life in 2002 to the day he died in July [2007]. There's no way I could go through what he did, or put my kids through that,” Sharon said in 2007.
"At least with something like cancer you can communicate, say how you feel and explain why your body hurts.
"But my father deteriorated at such a rapid speed he became a shell of himself - dribbling, wearing a diaper and tied into a wheelchair because he didn't realize he could no longer walk.”

Sharon added that due to the hereditary nature of diseases like dementia, at the first sign of it she would want to be 'put out of [her misery]'.
In 2014, while also speaking to the Daily Mirror, Ozzy explained that he and his wife’s assisted suicide pact had expanded to now include any 'life threatening condition' as well as dementia.
