Offset shared a stunning tribute to his last cousin and Migos bandmate Takeoff.

The 31-year-old, whose real name is Kiari Kendrell Cephus, shared his portrait tattoo of the late rapper on Instagram yesterday.

It comes just five months after Takeoff’s tragic death, which happened in November 2022.

The rapper was gunned down in a horrific shooting outside of a Houston bowling alley, with the 28-year-old being one of three people injured that night.

While the unnamed man and woman survived, the 'Need It' singer tragically succumbed to his injuries shortly after the shooting, with NPR reporting that he’d been an ‘innocent bystander’.

After a huge investigation into the case, police would later charge Patrick Xavier Clark with the murder.

In an open letter to his beloved bandmate on Instagram, Offset told fans about his sorrow following the loss of his first cousin and said that reality ‘felt like a nightmare’.

He wrote: “This still doesn’t feel like reality. I've been searching for the right words to say, but there aren't any that will suffice. Until we meet again, Rest In Power. I love you.”

Continuing, he said that the ‘pain was unbearable’ and that he longed to be reunited with Takeoff for ‘one last hug; one last laugh; one more smoke; and one more performance together’.

In order to keep the late rapper’s memory alive, Offset has gotten a stunning portrait tattoo of Takeoff in tribute to him.

The touching tribute was uploaded yesterday on Instagram.

Sharing his incredible inking on Instagram in several photographs, the 'Bad and Boujee' rapper captioned the post 'Love you 4L & after’ in reference to his open letter.

Filling most of the rapper's back, the body art is a head and shoulder portrait of Takeoff, who is surrounded by an ornate frame with planet motifs in the background

The late rapper is also shown with braids cascading behind his head with chunky necklaces and a zebra print jacket draped around him.

It’s not the first tattoo Offset has shared with his over 21.4 millions fans, as the 'Open It Up' musician has a reported 36 tattoos in total.

Others include tributes to his wife Cardi B, as well as his daughter Kulture too.
