The richest actor in the world has responded to a theory about how she made her $3 billion fortune.
When it comes to actors, there are some pretty rich people out there.
Keanu Reeves takes the top spot as the highest-paid actor, reportedly getting a deal worth a staggering $156,000,000 from The Matrix Reloaded and The Matrix Revolutions.
Tom Cruise is also up there, commanding a salary of over $100 million for multiple films, and let's not forget Robert Downey Jr, who has scooped multiple packages worth tens of millions each for his various appearances in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

But if you want real money just from acting, look away from Hollywood to Bollywood, where star Shah Rukh Khan has a whopping net worth of approximately $1.4 billion - according to the BBC. For context, Tom Cruise is worth around $600 million.
However, even Khan isn't the richest actor in the world.
This is Jami Gertz, who started her career as an actor and is now worth around $3 billion.
Gertz has had a long and successful acting career, including roles in Allie McBeal, and Square Pegs.
Although if we're being picky, Gertz has made most of her fortune not from acting, but from successful business ventures alongside her husband, including holding stakes in the NBA's Atlanta Hawks.
Gertz has previously addressed claims about how she made her money, with some claiming that she only became a billionaire due to marrying rich.
Speaking to The Hollywood Reporter, she said: “Everyone thinks I married a rich guy.
“But I made more money - way more money - than Tony when I met him.
"I paid for our first house. I paid for our first vacation. I married him because I fell in love with him.”
The actor and businesswoman previously said: "I get it. It’s not your everyday Hollywood actress tale.”
Gertz, who was born in Chicago, became the ambassador for the Atlanta Hawks at the NBA Draft Lottery in 2018, to the surprise of fans.
Her husband, Tony Ressler, said: "I’m very active on the business and player personnel decision‑making. But Jami steps in when it comes to so many parts of the business that I did not appreciate or have any experience in.”
Ressler is an investment banker who co-founded Apollo Global Management and launched Ares Management, creating a massive fortune.
Speaking about Gertz, he said: “I think it’s fair to say that she makes a better impression on our fan base than any of us in the organization."
