Justin and Hailey Bieber announce they're pregnant with their first child

Justin and Hailey Bieber have announced they're expecting a baby.

The couple took to Instagram to announce the exciting news.

They shared a bunch of photographs showing off Hailey's bump, with Justin being present in some of them.

Justin and Hailey got married in September 2018 after years of on-and-off dating, having tied the knot at a courthouse in lower Manhattan.

The pair went on to host a second, much more lavish wedding around a year later, as they booked out the Montage Palmetto Bluff hotel in South Carolina.

Justin and Hailey have lived a relatively quiet life since they tied the knot, leading to constant speculation at both ends of the spectrum.

Rumors that have emerged in recent months, include talk the pair have split up or expecting a baby.

Well, it's certainly the latter thanks to an announcement from the couple themselves.

Justin has previously addressed having children, explaining that they'd love to start a family but were simply waiting for the right time.

Speaking to Ellen DeGeneres in 2020, Justin said: "I'm going to have as many as Hailey is wishing to push out.

“I'd love to have myself a little tribe, but it's her body and whatever she wants to do."

The 'Baby' singer was asked when they think that time might come, which led to Justin saying: "There's not really an issue, but I think Hailey still has some things she wants to accomplish as a woman.

"And I think she just is not ready yet, and I think that's OK."

Hailey has also spoken about wanting to have children, and doing so out of the spotlight.

She did accept though that the attention is ‘probably totally unavoidable’.

“That was before I was married,” she told GQ. “Didn’t know who I was going to be married to at the time, I’m sure.

“Maybe I liked the idea at 18 of not raising kids around certain things, but my life is so different now than it was when I was 18.

“It’s so hard to say what I’m going to do or not do when there isn’t even a child here yet. I don’t even know what it feels like to be a parent other than a dog parent yet. And that’s not the same thing, by any means.”

With today's announcement, the couple didn't announce when their due date is, but fans will be eager to learn more.
