Gwyneth Paltrow has reveals she uses her Academy Award as a doorstopper.

Ah, celebrities, they're just like us.

In a recent video for Vogue's 73 Questions series, the Goop founder is seen frolicking in her lush garden like a careless fairy before the camera pans to her Oscar behind her outdoor gate.

The actor then proclaims it’s her doorstop.

“It works perfectly,” the 51-year-old says.

I’m not sure if this is Gwyneth’s attempt to be grounded, but my god, never have I been able to relate to someone less - my doorstop is a pair of old sweaty gym socks.

Of course, the curious moment lit up the internet, as one Twitter user wrote: “Gwyneth Paltrow another ‘Nepo Baby’ always be on 10 with her privilege.”

Another said: “She wants to look cool and pretend that she doesn’t care about it.”

A third commented: “Glenn Close could never.”

While another shared: “Writers union ratifies its new contract with Hollywood and TV studios.”

The actor won the prestigious status for Best Actress in the 1998 film Shakespeare in Love.

The Iron Man star has always been candid about where she keeps the highly sought-after award.

Spoiler: it’s never on a bookshelf.

In 2005, the actor said she keeps it out of plain sight as it brings up bad memories for her, as per contactmusic.com.

“I keep it tucked away at the back of the bookshelf in my bedroom because it weirds me out. For weeks after I won I kept it in storage... I won't even put it on the mantlepiece, the thing freaks me out,” she said.

"For some reason, I haven't been able to feel really good about it. I just feel sort of embarrassed and it brings up weird, traumatic feelings. It's associated with a tough time in my life."

Recently, Paltrow also opened up on the Call Her Daddy podcast about how her Oscar speech was poorly received.

She said at the time the press criticized her for breaking down and sobbing on stage.

"You know, I was 26. I cried and people were so mean about it and I just thought, 'Wow, there's this big energy shift that's happening. I think I'm going to have to learn to be less openhearted and much more protective of myself and filter people out better,’” she revealed.

After receiving the award, Paltrow added she dealt with an ‘identity crisis’.

“‘This is crazy. I don’t know what to do, I don’t know which way is up'. It was a lot. Not that I would give it back or anything, it was an amazing experience, but it kind of called a lot of things into question for me," she said.
