Grimes has thrown shade at her ex-boyfriend Elon Musk for the way their young son was featured in a televised press conference which took place at the White House.
Grimes and Musk began their relationship in 2018 and went on to welcome three children, X AE A-XII, Exa Dark Sideræl, and Techno Mechanicus, before they went their separate ways.
Grimes, whose real name is Claire Elise Boucher, has since distanced herself from Musk, pointing out to followers that she is 'not him' after she got caught in the crossfire when Musk was accused of doing a 'Nazi salute' at a rally for Donald Trump.

Now, the singer has spoken out against her ex after their four-year-old son, given the nickname Little X, appeared on TV alongside his dad and the POTUS.
X AE A-XII could be seen playing in the background in the Oval Office as Musk, who is head of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), went to witness Trump sign an executive order which requires federal agencies to cooperate with DOGE's efforts to reduce costs.
Viewers noted how 'polite' the youngster was during the situation, with one Twitter user praising Grimes for the way X AE A-XII has been raised.
"Lil X was very polite today!," they wrote. "You raised him well. He was so cute when he told DJT “please forgive me, I need to pee”."

Though the comment was complimentary, it seemed to catch Grimes by surprise as she admitted she wasn't actually aware that her son was in the Oval Office and being shown on TV.
She expressed her disapproval over the situation, saying: "He should not be in public like this. I did not see this, thank u for alerting me. But I'm glad he was polite. Sigh."
The original Twitter user then responded to apologize, saying they 'didn't mean to cause trouble'.

"He was well dressed and taken care of," they added.
While Musk took questions from journalists, Little X pulled faces, clung to his dad's shoulders and at one point told Trump he had to go to the bathroom.
Though Grimes indicated she hadn't spoken with Musk about X Æ A-XII being on TV, his appearance in the Oval Office wasn't the first time he's gone to work with his dad.
Musk has previously brought Little X on stage at a rally with him, and featured him in an interview with right-wing commentator Tucker Carlson.
