An interview between journalist Kjersti Flaa and Blake Lively has been circulating online as a result of the actor's 'shocking' behavior.
Blake Lively has been hitting a lot of headlines in recent weeks and unfortunately, this isn't just due to her starring in the film adaptation of Colleen Hoover's best-selling novel It Ends With Us.
The actor has been slammed online for her 'out of touch' response to one interviewer's line of questioning about the romance-drama and a resurfaced interview of her with another reporter from 2016 has also faced scrutiny.

Norwegian journalist Kjersti Flaa took to her YouTube on August 10 to share footage from her interview with Lively titled: "The Blake Lively interview that made me want to quit my job."
The journalist captioned the video: "Sitting down with Blake Lively and her co star Parker Posey for Café Society (2016) is the most uncomfortable interview situation I have ever experienced. Is it not ok to congratulate someone on their pregnancy or to ask another woman about costumes she is wearing in a film?"
Indeed in the four-minute clip, Flaa begins by congratulating Lively on her recent pregnancy announcement and 'little bump,' with the actor responding: "Congrats on your little bump."
Flaa then asks Lively and Posey whether they loved wearing their costumes, but Lively responds: "Everyone loves to talk about the clothes but I wonder if they would ask the men about the clothes?"
Flaa told UNILAD she was 'kind of in shock' when the interview finished and she got up and walked out of the room.
"It was hard to actually digest what had happened. It made me feel insecure and I analyzed the situation over and over again in my head trying to figure out what had happened," she continued. "I blamed myself at first thinking I had said something wrong. I felt ashamed and upset and it made me want to quit my job, as I said in the YouTube video title."
It didn't take long for social media users to weigh in, with one branding the behavior 'weird and uncalled for' and Flaa has since taken to her Instagram to respond to the online response.
In a post to her Story, the journalist wrote: "Thank you to all you wonderful people out there who have sent me so many messages with support after I posted this interview. I am truly touched."
Indeed, many messages on social media were quick to reassure Flaa over the experience as well as praise her for how she handled it.
One user wrote: "Kjersti I just know you’ve waiting for your moment to share this and I couldn’t be happier for you! You absolutely didn’t deserve to be treated that way."
And a second said: "I want to hug the interviewer because she had more class than I would have. I would have up and left the interview."
Flaa told UNILAD it was 'kind of a coincidence' she ended up sharing the interview clip, resolving to after another reporter shared their own similar experience with her.
She resolved: "I think it’s about time that people behaving badly in Hollywood gets called out for it. It’s nok ok, even if you are rich and famous.
"I have to say that most actors that I have interviewed in my career have been very nice. There are just a few bad apples. Just follow a simple rule that we have in Norway: behave toward others the same way you want others to behave towards you. Just be nice. It’s not that hard."
