Khloe Kardashian is having another baby with her cheating ex-boyfriend Tristan Thompson.
Kardashian and Thompson have organised for a surrogate to carry their second child.
However, this plan was put into motion shortly before it was revealed Thompson had fathered a baby with another woman.
A statement from Khloe's representative has told the Daily Mail their second baby together was conceived in November.

"We can confirm True will have a sibling," the statement said.
"Khloe is incredibly grateful to the extraordinary surrogate for such a beautiful blessing. We'd like to ask for kindness and privacy so that Khloe can focus on her family."
There have been conflicting reports about when the child could possibly be due.
One source has told TMZ that the baby's birth is 'imminent' while another said the child has already been born.
There's no doubt Khloe will reveal news of the baby when she's ready and comfortable.
The reality TV star's second child doesn't mean she is back together with Thompson.
Another source explained to TMZ that they haven't spoken to each other since December 'outside of co-parenting matters'.
Thompson conceived a child with fitness model Maralee Nichols in 2021, while he was still with Khloe, and Nichols gave birth in early December.
The NBA star initially denied the child was his, however he released a statement a month after the baby's birth to confess he was the father and apologised to Khloe.
"You don't deserve this," he said. "You don't deserve the heartache and humiliation I have caused you. You don't deserve the way I have treated you over the years.
"My actions certainly have not lined up with the way I view you.
"I have the utmost respect and love for you. Regardless of what you may think. Again, I am so incredibly sorry."
The Daily Mail reports Thompson is yet to meet the child, who was named Theo Thompson.
Court documents alleged Thompson and Nichols had a ‘hook up’ in March 2021, around the time of his birthday, E! News reports.
On his Instagram story, Thompson admitted the paternity test results revealed he indeed ‘fathered a child with Maralee Nichols’, adding that he takes ‘full responsibility for [his] actions’.
"Now that paternity has been established I look forward to amicably raising our son," he said.
He concluded by ‘sincerely apologiz[ing] to everyone [he’s] hurt or disappointed throughout this ordeal both publicly and privately’.
