Jennifer Coolidge has revealed her dream role is to play a dolphin.

The actor is on top of the world right now and the peak of her career after winning a Golden Globe for Best Supporting Actress.

It's a moment where she can pick and choose her projects.

However, when asked what her role of a lifetime would be, Coolidge gave a surprising answer to Access Hollywood.

Host Scott Evans asked her: “What’s the ultimate dream role for you right now? If anything could happen. What would it be?”

The White Lotus star replied: “I’ve always wanted to play a dolphin.”

Evans responded: “Like Flipper?”

“Yeah,” Coolidge added.

And while she might've only been half-serious, this type of humor from an A-lister talking about their ‘craft’, is honestly refreshing.

The 61-year-old actor took to the stage for a second time yesterday (January 11) to accept the award for Best Supporting Actress in a Limited or Anthology Series or Movie.

But she was so excited that she dropped the F-bomb more than just once.

However, Coolidge also shared heartfelt remarks to White Lotus creator Mike White, who she admitted had 'changed her life'.

She said: "Mike White has given me hope. You've given me a new beginning, even if this is the end - because you did kill me off, but it doesn't matter!

"Even if this is the end, you've changed my life in a million different ways. My neighbours are speaking to me, things like that!

"I mean it, I was never invited to one party on my hill, and now everyone's inviting me!"

She concluded her speech: “So anyway, I just want to say Mike White, ****, oh **** sorry! Mike, I love you to death."

The internet praised Coolidge for her touching tribute, as one person wrote: “This speech is perfect and I’m not sure I’ll ever love a speech more.”

Another said: “She made me cry and laugh at the same time. This acceptance speech is award-worthy by itself. Jennifer Coolidge, you will always be the moment.”

A third shared: “Jennifer Coolidge’s Golden Globes speech will be studied in textbooks.”

While another wrote: "I can’t stop watching the Jennifer Coolidge acceptance speech. Her saying, ‘Mike White you make people want to live longer, and I didn’t’ is such a beautifully profound thing to hear. Imagine having such an effect on someone?? Argh I love them both."
