Full House Star Candace Bure Responds To JoJo Siwa's Accusations She's The 'Rudest' Celebrity She's Ever Met

The teenager was taking part in a TikTok trend when she revealed who was the 'rudest' celeb she had ever met

Candace Cameron Bure has spoken out after JoJo Siwa branded her the 'rudest celebrity' she had ever met.

The Full House star said she was shocked when she was made aware of the accusations, saying she had no idea what she had done to upset the 19-year-old.

Earlier this week, Siwa took part in a TikTok challenge, in which she revealed who the rudest, the nicest, and the coolest celebs were that she had ever come across.

Have a look at what she has to say:

In the video, she revealed that Bure was the rudest, Miley Cyrus was the ‘nicest’, and Sir Elton John was the ‘coolest’.

Pretty harsh way to find out, right?

Well, Bure, 46, says she and Siwa have since spoken about the video and what she may have done to upset her.

Sharing a video to her Instagram account, Bure explained that they talked everything through over the phone and had a 'great conversation'.

She said: "I was shocked when I saw the TikTok on Sunday. She didn’t want to tell me [how I was rude to her].

"She said, 'You know, I met you at the Fuller House premiere and I was 11 years old'."

The teen then explained that she had asked the No One Would Tell actor for a picture, but Bure allegedly replied, 'Not right now', and went on to pose for photos with other people.

While Siwa apparently told Bure that it's not a big deal anymore, Bure said she felt awful about it.

She went on: "'I broke your 11-year-old heart. Ugh. I feel crummy. JoJo, I’m so sorry.'"

Bure concluded the video by explaining that there was a 'lesson' for everyone here.

She said: "No matter how many followers you have … even a 10-second trending TikTok video can do damage because our words matter and our actions matter."

Siwa and Bure also crossed paths in 2019, when both stars appeared on The Kelly Clarkson Show.

Gifting Siwa a Christmas present, Bure told the YouTuber: “I heard that you like a lot of sweet things, so these are all cookie cutters and a little recipe card so you can have somebody make them for you on tour.”
