Sam Asghari, Britney Spear's husband, has taken to social media to respond to rumours they've split.
Whether it be the so-called Selena versus Hailey Bieber beef, or Harry Styles appearing to spit on Chris Pine, there's nothing social media fiends love more than rumours of a rift between two celebs.
However, once again proving a rumour can be just that - a rumour - Sam Asghari has taken to Instagram to address speculation that he and 'Toxic' singer Britney Spears' relationship has broken down.
In recent days, social media users and fans of Spears have flocked to social media in panic and speculation after spotting both the singer and Asghari without their wedding rings on - the pair have been married since 9 June, 2022.
One Twitter user wrote: "On the rocks? Both Britney Spears and her husband Sam Asghari have ditched wearing their wedding rings, and she’s currently vacationing in Hawaii without him."

Indeed, Spears is currently on holiday with her friend and manager Cade Hudson, while Asghari is elsewhere, but shockingly, just because they're not in the same location or wearing their rings all the time, it might not mean they've parted ways.
Quickly shutting down the rumours and reassuring fans' concerns, Asghari posted on his Instagram Stories showing he is still wearing his ring.
The video shows Asghari in a gym, holding a bench bar, his ring finger pointedly visible and turned towards the camera.
A follow-up image also shows a clearly shot of his wedding ring sparkling for all the rumour mill to see, the actor throwing a wide-eyed and pointed expression at the camera.
Fans have been quick to leap in and defend the pair for not wearing their wedding rings all the time.
One said: "I don’t wear my wedding ring all the time. I guess my 10 year marriage must be on the rocks."
"Plenty of people do this on a daily basis but when it’s Britney it’s a drama, they just haven’t learnt anything have they! I feel for her so much, let her be free xx," another wrote.
A third echoed: "A lot of people take their ring off at the beach, too. Idk why some think this is weird."
Shutting down the rumours once and for all, Asghari's representative also told Entertainment Tonight: "Sam is not having marital issues. He simply took off his ring because he is filming a movie."
A source close to Spears then told US Weekly: "Things between Britney and Sam are going great and they couldn't be happier. They have an amazing marriage and love each other deeply.
"Britney doesn't always wear her ring, particularly when she's on vacation. And she just decided to post a fun photo with her manager."
