IShowSpeed has said that he has no plans to return to Norway after an incident in which he was mobbed by fans.

Shocking footage shows the streamer being surrounded and mobbed by a crowd of people while visiting the country.

The rapper and streamer, whose real name is Darren Jason Watkins Jr, is currently touring through Europe for the 2024 Euro Football Championship.

The tour has already seen a number of incidents as it progressed, but the incident in Norway on July 3 was on a different level.

IShowSpeed had been doing a stream from inside a souvenir shop in Oslo when

a large crowd of fans had gathered outside, and he began to interact with them.

This included managing to get the crowd to chant the catchphrase of footballer Cristiano Ronaldo, which is 'siu'.

The streamer was excited when people joined in the chant and jumped up and down, injuring himself on a nearby ledge.

But things took a turn for the worse as the crowd of fans appeared to begin crushing in in an attempt to reach him.

The streamer can be seen struggling to reach a car which is parked in the middle of the crowd on the road.

Some people had even climbed on top of the car, and as IShowSpeed approached one proceeded to launch himself from the roof into the dense crowd on the street.

Speaking in a car after the terrifying incident, the Streamer said that he had been affected so badly by the incident that he didn't ever want to return to Norway.

He said: “My ankle’s broken, they pulled my hair out. They threw water at me.

"Somebody literally did a WWE Rey Mysterio move and jumped off the car."

He added: "This was the scariest day of my life. I promise you. I couldn’t even breathe.”

Footage from a livestream gives Speed's view of the episode, showing how closely the crowd had crushed in.

Later in the clip he can be seen having someone look at his injured foot.

Posting on his second account, the streamer also claimed: "they f**king pulled my hair out and threw p*ss on me and some random f**king dude jumped in my car and started tweaking hell f**king no i’m f**king p*ssed."

People took to the comments to share their thoughts on the stream which saw the streamer mobbed by fans.

One wrote: "That crowd was wildly disrespectful," while another commented: "someone literally jumped on him??"

Meanwhile a third posted: "This is crazy and not funny."

Speed began gaining traction online at the start of 2021 with a number of viral clips on social media.

He now has more than 20 million subscribers on YouTube.

In 2021 the creator was permanently banned from streaming platform Twitch, but continued to post content on other platforms.

The ban was later lifted in 2023.
