Adrian Portelli has successfully raffled off the contents he took from the $4.2 million home he gave away to a couple he has since branded as 'ungrateful'.

Portelli has been making headlines this week following him raffling off a multimillion dollar home in Australia through his business, LMCT+.

The house was won by Kevin and Andrea Griffin - but things took an unexpected turn when the pair slapped Portelli, AKA 'Lambo guy', with a AU$100,000 bill.

After their win, Portelli entered the home to take some of the items inside that belonged to him, but the Griffins were under the impression that the goods were theirs.

Portelli, however, insisted that they weren't included in the terms and conditions of their prize.

The Griffins went on issue Portelli a bill for $102,000 for the money they believe they were owed for the items taken.

In response to their hefty bill, Portelli opted to raffle off the items - which included a robotic lawnmower, treadmill, and smeg appliances - for just $1 through LMCT+ and pledged that all proceeds would be donated to homeless people in Australia.

The Griffins won the house, but were left furious.

"We are going to give away all the Block stuff that we ‘took’ – for $1 dollar," Portelli said of the raffle. "And all that money, 100 percent, is going to homeless people as well."

Portelli added: "I’m sure there’s a ton of homeless people at the moment that would die for a $4.25 million house and a roof over their heads. Let’s try help out as many people as possible."

Someone has since won the goods and penned a thankful review on Facebook.

In the post, penned by winner Sheree Anne which was shared to the LMCT+ Instagram page, she said of the draw: "This draw wasn't for the members and all the money raised was going to the homeless.

"Well who would of guessed that the 1 ticket I bought for [her partner] would of been the winning ticket!"

She continued to gush: "Adrian and Troy are true Aussie legends with that hey do and don't in any way deserve the cra* that has been thrown at them since they raffled off the Block house!"

In what appeared to be a dig to the Griffins, LMCT+ has thanked the grateful winner.

"It’s so refreshing to have grateful winners that have won The Block items last night," the business wrote on Instagram alongside a screenshot of Sheree's message.

"We sold $15,202 worth of packages. 100% of that will be given to homeless people around Australia."

The post added that Portelli has since added an extra $100,000 to the money raised, so a whopping $115,202 will be donated to those in need.
