You've heard of the Bermuda Triangle, but there's another place called the 'Bridgewater Triangle' which sounds even worse

There are plenty of places which are known for being spooky, but one is so spooky it's earned a name for its supernatural reputation.

The location has been connected to a huge variety of different paranormal goings on, and needless to say it's probably not somewhere you would want to spend the night.

But just what kind of supernatural activity are we talking about here? Because it's fair to say there's no shortage of variety when it comes to the paranormal.

Well, we're talking poltergeists, ghosts, and sightings of strange and weird creatures.

There have of course been reports of Bigfoot being sighted in the area as well as reports of 'giant snakes' being spotted too.

Some reports even claim to have spotted pterodactyls, which might be tricky given that they've been extinct for millions of years.

But as we said, this is the supernatural, and is clearly a veritable buffet of the weird and uncanny.

So where exactly is it that we're talking about here?

Well it's the Bridgewater Triangle, which is located in southeastern Massachusetts in the US.

It got the moniker due to all the various weird goings on there, which by the way did I mention the UFOs and gangland killings as well?

In fact the area is so saturated with reports of supernatural or paranormal events it was even described as a 'paranormal Disney World' by expert Tim Weisberg.

Speaking to The Patriot Ledger, he said that whatever is causing all the unusual happenings is not connected to one singular event, but is the place's own energy.

He said: “Whatever is here and whatever comprises the Triangle, it’s something that’s always been here."

He went on: “The Triangle kind of sucks you in and gets under your skin, so it’s pretty easy to become obsessed with it. It’s pretty easy to become somebody that is constantly being drawn back to it.”

Paranormal investigator Christopher Balzano added that the Triangle is replete with many unusual things.

He told The Enterprise: "Anything that you want to be in the Triangle is in the Triangle. It's a Pandora's Box.

"So you're into zombies? There's stories about zombies. If you're into Bigfoot, he's there.

"If you're into pukwudgies, that's kind of pukwudgie central. If you're into ghosts, you've got it. UFOs, black helicopter — it's there."

    Yikes... no thank you.
