Bodycam footage shows the moment Tyson Foods' heir, and newly appointed CFO, was arrested after he entered a woman’s home while drunk and fell asleep.
John R. Tyson, who is the great-grandson of Tyson Foods founder John W. Tyson, was arrested in Fayetteville, Arkansas, on November 6 after a woman, who did not know him, found him asleep in her bed at 2am. You can see the footage here:

In the clip, one officer can be heard saying: “Mr. Tyson! John! Fayetteville Police Department, you're not in your house.
“I need you to wake up and talk to me before I drag you out of here butt naked.”
However, Tyson simply rolls over, makes a gesture with his hands, and pulls the blankets back up to his chin.
At this point, the officer warns: “You have two options, either one, you sit up and put your clothes on, or two, you go to jail just like you are right now.”

When Tyson continued to ignore the cops, they whipped back the sheets and moved in to put him in handcuffs, while the billionaire tells them: “I’m going to sleep.”
Tyson was arrested on charges of public intoxication and trespassing.
It’s not clear how Tyson got into the woman’s home, but she told 911 call handlers that she didn’t know who he was and explained she may have left her door open accidentally.

According to a report from the Fayetteville police, Tyson smelt strongly of alcohol at the time and wasn’t able to verbally respond.
The report also revealed that officers were able to identify him after finding his driving licence inside his clothes, which had been dumped at the bottom of the bed.
Tyson has since apologised for his actions; during a call with investors he said he took ‘full responsibility for his actions'.

“I’m sure you have seen the news about the recent incident involving me,” he said.
“I’m embarrassed, and I want to let you know that I take full responsibility for my actions.
“This was an incident inconsistent with our company values as well as my personal values. I just wanted you guys to hear this directly from me and that I’m committed to making sure this never happens again.”
Tyson Foods CEO Donnie King said an independent panel was reviewing the arrest and what it might mean for Tyson and the company.
