A hotel TV picked up a disturbing 'crotch shot' camera angle of a 'hotel toilet', which prompted a call to police.

TikToker Darby Jones said she hasn't slept in two days after she was 'traumatised' by the on-screen image of a 'hotel toilet' seat that was bizarrely streamed onto her hotel room television.

Take a look at the eerie footage below:

"Our hotel TV satellite picked up a horrific Bluetooth camera angle," she says.

"It's a f**king camera pointing at a toilet and there's no sound. It hasn't moved, in what, 30 minutes."

After taking a look in her hotel bathroom, she spotted an outlet in the ceiling, which you can 'plug anything into'.

"It could be any bathroom here," she says.

In a recent follow-up video, Jones explained the situation further: "It's just when I was flipping through the channels, and I saw the toilet, I couldn't believe what I was seeing and I ran to the front desk, and I was like, 'You need to come see this'.

"And of course, it was the creepiest person ever to exist. And he just made me feel so uneasy, and I had this gut feeling that it was him.

"But I can't accuse him because obviously, it's probably not him. It's probably a random guy that stayed at the hotel.

"But he left after 20 minutes of going through all the rooms which is impossible. And we didn't talk to him he just kind of dipped, it was so weird."

She added: "But we were watching the live stream from 10:30 to like four in the morning and nothing happened.

"Nobody went in there and unplugged it or took a p**s or anything. And we should have called the police right away.

"I'm very aware. But I think that you guys aren't putting yourself in in the shoes of like seeing a toilet on a TV."

Jones addressed the incident in a follow-up video.

But Darby was shocked by what she saw.

"It's like so hard to fathom and also, you don't know if it's what you're actually seeing. And I trusted the staff I know I shouldn't have but I trusted them.

"They told me they were gonna call the police so when I did call the police and I was like 'hey, just want to make sure you guys know everything' and they were like 'about what'.

"I was horrified, the whole thing is just, it's straight out of a movie. It's so overwhelming, I haven't slept in like two days."
