Stephen Bear Arrested For 'Breaching Bail Conditions' Amid Revenge Porn Trial

Stephen Bear has reportedly been arrested for breaching his bail conditions.

Bear was on bail and awaiting trial for allegedly disclosing private sexual photographs/films, to which he plead not guilty.

He has now been rearrested after breaking his bail conditions by commenting on the case on social media.

Speaking to The Sun, Essex Police said, 'Stephen Bear, 32, appeared at Colchester Magistrates’ Court on 16 February where he admitted breaching bail conditions.'

Bear was initially arrested at Heathrow Airport in January 2021 and was charged in May the same year. He pleaded not guilty at a hearing in Chelmsford Crown Court in July 2021.

He said at the end of the hearing, 'Thank you for that. It’s nice to finally set a date when I can hopefully get my life back'.

Georgia Harrison, Bear's ex-girlfriend, made the claim against the former Celebrity Big Brother star via Instagram in December 2020.

She alleged that Bear made a secret sex tape of her while they were in a relationship and shared it with friends on WhatsApp.

She also claimed that Bear shared screenshots to his OnlyFans account.

Bear denied that it was Harrison in the video.

She allegedly said that Bear had 'purposely got [her] in a position where he knew it would be on CCTV quite a long time ago and after acted like he forgot the camera were there [sic]'.

She went on to say, 'Firstly i had to give him the benefit of the doubt and hope he just would do the right thing, partly because i was ashamed and just wanted it to go away but tbh i have nothing to be ashamed about i was on private property with someone i had been with multiple times and trusted/was in love with [sic]'.

Harrison added that she knew of at least two people that Bear had shared the video with, and said that she had 'no other choice but to go public about this situation'.

She continued to say that she shared her case 'not just for me but for anyone that has been round there not knowing they are being filmed [sic]'.

While Bear was due to go to trial in February 2022, this has now been pushed back until the end of the year.
