Psaki Says Questions Make Fox Journalist Sound Like ‘Stupid Son Of A B****’

White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki said that the questions a fox news journalist came with make him sound like a son of a b****

White House press secretary Jen Psaki said that the questions a Fox News journalist had would make anyone sound like a 'son of a b****'.

The comment was made during a taping of Pod Save America, a podcast hosted by former Obama aides, Jon Favreau, Jon Lovett, Dan Pfeiffer, and Tommy Vietor.

Psaki was asked during the episode whether the Fox journalist in question, Peter Doocy, was a 'stupid son of a b****' or if he just acted like one.

Psaki said of the journalist: "He works for a network that provides people with questions that, nothing personal to any individual including Peter Doocy, but might make anyone sound like a stupid son of a b****."

Back in January this year, U.S president Joe Biden was caught calling Doocy a 'stupid son of a b****' after he asked a question about inflation.

With the press secretary affirming during the podcast that Biden had called the journalist to apologise after making the remarks.

Psaki also noted that Doocy acted with 'grace' following the call, going on Fox News that night to discuss the incident.

"So he went on TV that night and I actually watched Sean Hannity to see what he said. My mind was like really bending and hurting," Psaki noted.

"If you can imagine, it was like flames and it was like ‘Crime! Crime! Crime!’ and Kamala, the vice president is like walking through the flames and crime. I don’t even know what was happening," she said of the scene set by Fox News before Doocy was interviewed.

Then, Psaki adds: "Sean Hannity asked [Doocy] about what the president had said and what he said back. And he could have been like, ‘he’s a son of a b****’or ‘I’m standing up for ...’ whatever, he could have said anything. And instead, he said, you know ‘he called me, we had a really nice conversation, I’m just asking my questions, he’s doing his job.’"

"So I will say, that was a moment of grace, you don’t have to like everything Peter Doocy says or does, but that was certainly a moment of grace by Peter Doocy,” she continued.

Doocy was quoted by The New York Times, saying "He said, ‘It’s nothing personal, pal," about Biden's phone call.

"We were talking about just, kind of, moving forward," Doocy added.
