There is always one subject that is in the back of your mind once you hit that milestone in your life. Can you guess it?

Obviously, it’s the whole aging process.

From crow’s feet to smile-lines, there is always something new cropping up to remind us that time is very short indeed, but reversing it isn’t something that can be done in a few days.

In fact, apparently taking part in anti-aging needs to be a daily part of your life in order to truly see the benefits.

However, with so much fluff on the internet, how do you know what’s reliable? This is where the mastermind of aging secrets can help you out.

Plastic surgeon Faryan Jalalabadi, who goes by @drjaluvmabody on TikTok, is known for his plethora of anti-aging tips which he regularly shares with his thousands of followers.

In the past, he has spoken about strange things that can make you look younger, as well as slowing the process down to a point where you will continue to look youthful well into your elderly years.

For example, his recent tip: number 192, is golden.

According to the Beverly Hills-based surgeon, it’s something that needs to be done every day, but you’ll soon see your skin reverse in age.

It’s taking a seat in a scorching sauna.

Casually walking down the street with his phone in hand, the surgeon explains: “The sauna slows down the aging process of the skin, improves collagen and elastic production.

“It detoxifies the skin to the sweating process.”

However, it’s not just the skin that it helps to be healthy. It’s almost everything inside of your body.

He went on to say that ‘it's good for your heart and your lungs and improves the circulation of blood flow to your skin’ as it works to release proteins that protect your cells and DNA from aging through shocking them with the heat.

That’s pretty cool for something that only needs to be done for around 15 to 20 minutes per day.

But he warns that there’s a catch with the method - you can overdo it and it’s not pretty.

The TikToker went on to warn that if you do this every day, you must stick to the 20-minute cut off as even pushing yourself to do 40 minutes, is going to make you ‘hate yourself’ from the overbearing effects.

There’s also risks involved if you have certain conditions which makes saunas a bad choice.

He said: “And if you have melasma, unfortunately, you have to avoid it because this will exacerbate your hyperpigmentation.”

Of course, there are other things you can do to slow down the aging process that he speaks about often, like lifting weights, avoiding sugar or taking cold showers to firm your skin.

But doesn’t a sauna sound so relaxing?

Or you could just do what this commenter suggests: "Staying single stops the aging! Been single forever and I’m almost 80".
