A man with the 'world's smallest penis' has set a challenge to others who think they might have a smaller package.

Michael Phillips, 38, from South Carolina, recently opened up about his micropenis.

At 0.38 inches, Phillips' penis measures 93 percent smaller than average, which is around 5.5 inches.

Speaking on ITV's This Morning, Phillips shared the multiple difficulties his rare condition has inflicted on his life, saying: "I was probably in high school, and dealing with girlfriends and stuff like that, I thought I was a late bloomer, maybe one day it would be normal size. But it never happened.

"I kept it to myself, when I was in my teens and twenties, I was always single even though I had friends.

"They wondered why I wasn't dating and I didn't want to go through that.

"I can't go out and have a one night stand but it also affects my ability to use a restroom, my confidence.

"Even sitting down can be tricky with the clean up and everything. I've tried everything possible. You can be upfront, you can try to talk to somebody, sometimes you don't say nothing at all."

Speaking to TMZ about his manhood, Phillips explained he is challenging anyone who thinks they have a smaller penis, believing his could be the smallest out there.

"The research that I've done online, I welcome anybody to come out there and beat me," said Phillips.

"I think I looked into the [Guinness Book of Records] and I'm not sure they give out records for that kind of thing, but I would."

Phillips explained to TMZ that he'll never be able to have penetrative sex, adding that his micropenis also impacts his ability to approach women.

He also explained that he would never join OnlyFans, explaining he 'wouldn't want to put himself out there like that'.

Phillips previously told The Sun how he first became aware that his penis was abnormally small, when a girl he was dating in high school laughed when he revealed the size of his genitals.

He explained: "I have had a couple experiences of having sex and wasn't able to get it in and everything. From there I just stopped trying to date and lost interest in it.

"I wanted to see if there was anything that could be done to make it bigger," he added. "There are some surgeries, but they would only be able to add about an inch, inch-and-a-half."
