Machine Gun Kelly smacked a fan in the face in the middle of a show after he begged the star to do so.

The 'Emo Girl' hit-maker took to the stage over the weekend (1 July) to perform a concert packed with adoring fans at the Rock Werchter festival in Belgium.

One of which seemed to have a pretty unique wish that he wanted MGK to fulfil.

Check it out here:

The request was written on a sign addressed to the 33-year-old star reading: "I just came from Mexico 4 u 2 punch me in the face."

Crowd footage from the night, which was shared by MGK himself to his 9.2 million followers earlier this week (3 July) alongside the caption: "Making dreams come true," with a thumbs-up emoji.

The video shows the singer spotting the fan's handwritten sign before he asks: "Why do you want me to punch you in the face so bad?"

"I got rings on, dude. That s***'s gonna hurt."

MGK - real name Colson Baker - continued, contemplating the fan's request: "I don’t know, it’s a lose/lose for me. I don’t know if I’m going to do it. I’ll consider it."

Elsewhere in the set, after he performed 'My Ex’s Best Friend', MGK hopped off the stage, walked over to the fan standing by the front row barrier and gave him a light blow to the cheek.

The sign that started it all.

It's fair to say the fan, who has since been identified as Marcos Cid de la Paz, was beyond happy with the outcome.

MGK then screamed out: "I love you!" as the crowd erupted in a chorus of cheer.

Cid de la Paz has since thanked MGK for being 'caring' on the comments section of his post before writing: "Thank you very much for making my dream come true.

"Thank you Colson for shining a light for us who live in the darkness, even when you’re feeling down. And thank you all guys for being part of this amazing band. You guys live in my heart rent free."

The fan has since thanked MGK for fulfilling his wish.

The fan also uploaded a series of snaps from the concert, captioning the post: "The one and only jawbreaker. Thank you very much for punching me in the face."

The crowd footage has since made its rounds on social media with many rushing to share their reactions to the whole ordeal.

One wrote: "We love to see you making dreams come true."

"That's such a flex to be able to say MGK punched you in the face," commented a second.

And a final Instagram user penned: "That kid has the best story now forever."
