The cast of The Office have reunited to make a promotional video for telecoms company AT&T.

Cast members from The Office including Rainn Wilson and Jenna Fischer brought back some of the nostalgia from the iconic TV series.

The skit revolves around Wilson, who played Dwight Schrute, starting up his own business after he has an idea he thinks could be huge.

To do this he gets in touch with some of his former colleagues including Craig Robinson, who played Darryl, Creed Bratton, Creed, Kate Flannery, who played Meredith, and Brian Baumgartner who played Kevin. Watch for yourself below:

The team get together to open up the idea called 'Sleep with Rainn'.

This is a sleeping device which helps you drift off with the calming effect of Rainn's voice.

Of course when things are due to open up things go spectacularly wrong.

During the six-minute-long promotional video the cast revitalise all the humour and chaos of the hugely successful TV series.

Things kick off when Robinson loses the key to the room which has the computer in it which will launch the site.

Despite frantically rushing around to find the key in the end the cast is forced to break into the room and get the website for the business online.

Recounting filming the advert Fischer, who played Pam Beasley in the series, said: "I felt like we were on the set for 30 seconds and we were all back clicking with our chemistry.

"We didn't even have to really even talk about it. We all just got in our lanes."

The cast of The Office ended up working together on the series for some ten years, developing a strong professional relationship during that time.

Even more than ten years after The Office came to a close in 2013 they said it felt as natural as ever to work together again.

Nonetheless, Fischer had been hesitant to reunite fully, as she felt that the series had come to a good end and they did not want to change that.

Fischer said: "The show ended so beautifully, that I hate to open it back up again, and mess it up. So this was the sweet solution. We get to come together and work together."

Brian Baumgartner, who played accountant Kevin Malone in the hit series, echoed this sentiment, saying the skit freed them of 'the shackles of having to respond to something as Kevin would or as Pam would or as Dwight would'.
