Wild 'N Out star Jacky Oh has died aged 32

The star has sadly passed away

Wild 'N Out star Jacky Oh has died aged just 32 years old.

Oh - real name Jacklyn Smith- was part of the US sketch comedy and rap battle improv game, created and hosted by Nick Cannon, for an impressive five seasons.

Fans of the star have since flooded in to share their tributes and words of condolences.

A BET Media Group spokesperson took to Instagram yesterday (1June) to release an official statement on the matter.

It read: "We are deeply saddened by the passing of Jacklyn Smith, known to the world as Jacky Oh, a talented Wild N’ Out family member whose impact will be forever treasured and missed.

"Jacky Oh was a loving friend and beloved colleague of the Wild N’ Out cast throughout five seasons. More importantly, she was a tremendous mother to three beautiful children."

It continued: "The BET Media Group extends our sincere condolences to the Smith family, DC Young Fly, B Simone, Nick Cannon, and all friends who loved and cared for Jacky Oh during this difficult time."

Oh's cause of death has not yet been disclosed.

TMZ reports that Oh died on Wednesday (31 June) and that her partner, comedian and rapper DC Young Fly, was in Atlanta shooting new episodes of Wild 'N Out at the time of her passing.

DC Young Fly has not yet commented on the matter.

The pair who met in 2015, the same year he made his premiere on MTV's hit show, have since welcomed three children: Nova, Nala and Prince.

Many fans have since rushed to share their tributes to the late star on social media.

One Instagram user wrote: "So saddened to hear about the passing of Ms Jacky Oh. Fell in love with her and her family on YT."

A second posted: "Her vibe always genuine and down to earth. Naturally funny too, which is why I picked this video. Prayers for DC, her three beautiful children and family."

A third fan added: "Jacky Oh passing really made me feel some type of way, so sad."

A fourth penned: "Omg. How terribly sad. Prayers to DC & their family."

"Devastating," wrote a fifth. "My heart and prayers go out to DC and their kids."

"Heartbroken," commented a final Instagram user. "Such an amazing soul."
