A restaurant server has gone on a passionate rant about 'slave' like conditions while working for a family-owned businesses.

The woman has gone viral for outlining all the reasons why she will never work in a family-owned restaurant again.

Watch her scathing review below:

TikToker @aprilhudelson believes that family-owned restaurants will 'will work you until you can’t f**king work anymore' if you are not part of the household.

She's complained about the struggle of not being able to get time off work and how she's encouraged not to hand out extra sauces or dressings to customers without charge.

Chicken nugget fans can certainly relate to that one.

April slams the family-owned business model and claims 'you are their slave, not their employee'.

She applauds chain restaurants for understanding that the role is temporary and the staff turnaround is quite high.

"Here’s a list of reasons why I will never work for a family-owned restaurant ever again and I will only work in chain restaurants," she says in the video above.

"Number one, chain restaurants know that this is a serving job and not your f**king career so they don’t give a f**k as long as you show up, do your job, and leave.

"That’s all you gotta do. It’s really not hard, right?

"In a family-owned restaurant, you are their slave, not their employee.

However, not everyone was on the same page as the influencer, as one person thought: "Corporate has too many rules, working in a small fine dining restaurant is the way to go in my opinion."

Another viewer pointed out: "BUT if you find the right family owned restaurant it’s better than any chain restaurant job."
