A server has called out a customer who said he would cheat on his wife with her - and only left a 10 percent tip in the process.

The woman, who is a server in a nightclub, took to TikTok to share her rather strange experience at a recent shift.

The TikToker - who goes by the name of Kay (@kayy_jade on the social media platform) - said it was a normal shift until she received back a receipt from this one party.

In this TikTok, Kay says she was serving a table with two men and a woman having a few drinks.

One of the men had his arms around the woman, so Kay made the obvious assumption that they were a couple.

The TikToker says that the whole night went by without any issues, with the trio acting like any other normal guests.

But when she gave the trio their bill for their evening, took the payment and tips, she noticed something written at the bottom of the receipt.

As seen in the TikTok, the note at the bottom of the receipt said: "I’m down to cheat from 7 to 3. She’s a teacher."

The note came accompanied by a smiley face and also the man's phone number, which she blurred out in the video.

The TikToker also noted that the group tipped her $10 for an over $100 bill.

Kay said: "So you tipped me poorly, and you want me to help cheat on your wife/girlfriend?

"No, not gonna happen."

Instead of taking the man up on his offer, Kay said she decided immediately she wanted to tell the woman her partner's plans.

Kay saw the opportunity to tell the woman once she had left the table to go to the bathroom.

She said: "I’m like, ‘Hey, miss. I’m so sorry, I don’t know if this is a joke or like which one of them wrote it, or what’s going on, but I thought you should see this'"

But Kay says that the woman told her that she is not actually dating any of the men despite cuddling up to one all throughout the night.

This left Kay confused, and she concluded her TikTok by saying she 'needs' answers.

People have reacted to the server's story in the comments, with some suggesting ways to get the man found out.

One person said: "Easy, add to contacts, look at contact list on Snapchat, figure out name, look up on Instagram or Facebook. Figure out who the girlfriend is."

And a second added: "The way I would of said 50% tip and it’s a deal and just never hit him up."
