Is there any such thing as travelling too much?

For many, it’s a dream come true to be able to jet off whenever you want to, especially if it includes extended breaks.

But nine months out of the year? That’s a lot!

However, this solo traveller loves her lifestyle of enjoying the ultimate cruise experience, and she even gets to explore all seven continents.

Angie Linderman is currently on board ‘The Ultimate World Cruise’ on the Royal Caribbean's Serenade of the Seas.

After leaving sunny Miami this week, the 37-year-old decided to document her journey out at sea, and shares her absolute must-haves for travelling with her 140,000 TikTok followers.

As she is leaving her home for 247 nights, to see 11 world wonders and over 60 different countries, there’s no surprise that tickets begin at £48,000.

The traveller has made several videos about how to keep her cabin organised, what she has packed, what is essential to travel with and so much more, viewers have been vicariously living through her journey.

In one clip, she talks about what you have to take with you when doing this kind of thing and captioned it: “Take a more in-depth look at my cabin and what I have done to make it feel like home for the next nine months on Royal Caribbean’s Serenade of the Seas.”

In the video, we got to see her room and her bathroom, and how she manages to store nine months of essentials inside.

She said: “On the bathroom door I've got extra toiletries, there are miscellaneous items like band aids, masks, bug stuff, lotions, sunscreens.

“Kind of organised, and then I've just got my sunglasses and other random things in here at the moment.

“The wardrobe is pretty well organised because of these hanging things that make you have a lot more hangers. I bought my own hangers and then they provided us with plastic and wooden ones.”

So, what are some of the things she has packed?

The things that Angie packed with her include jewellery, hats, a calendar, weather appropriate clothing, a towel, scarves, dry bags, hot water bottle, fins and a snorkel…

Jeez, it’s a lot.

But, she was also well-prepared for Christmas time.

Angie even packed gifts and wrapping paper: “Up here is Christmas stuff, electronic stuff, food and snacks I brought, including these two boxes of chocolate that are Christmas presents.

“Over here on the coach chair area, I have my journal and my binder for the trip that held all my excursion and visa information, my little photo printer, a couple sudoku books, pens and stickers.”

However, it’s not all fun and games as sometimes Angie has had to come up against things like cancelled ports, delays.

But after Angie was told that she is a carrier for possible breast cancer in the future, she is adamant that she didn’t want to wait until retirement to do something so incredible.
